West Virginia Central Railroad
Ohio Valley Railcars presents the Fall Leaf Spectacular. Come ride West Virginia's most Scenic attraction. Travel ex-CSX/ Western Maryland trackage through the mountains and along beautiful rivers on a railroad flanked by some of the best scenery south of the Canadian Border. On Saturday we will start in Elkins, WV at Davis Avenue and travel south through Spruce to the "BIG CUT" and return. The "BIG CUT" is the highest mainline track age east of the Mississippi River. Saturday's run will cover 120 miles. We will pass the Cheat Mountain Salamander, and will stop at High Falls and other scenic locations. There will be some night running on the return trip due to the shorter daylight hours. Make sure your headlights and tail lights are adequate!! Upon return to Elkins the cars will be left on the tracks and security will be present all night. On Sunday we will head north towards Belington and on to Tygart Junction and return. At this time those that would like to setoff can do so and the remainder will run another 20 miles through the tunnel and back. Sunday's run will cover 98 miles.

48 miles of the Stourbridge Railroad from Honesdale, PA to Lackawaxen and back. Former Erie Railroad. Walk across the famous Roebling Delaware Aqueduct, an 1848 suspension bridge that carried a canal over the Delaware River,  The generating station at the end is the PP&L Lake Wallenpaupack Project.
